Treeway Refund Policy – Full Version (Updated on 8/13/2025 1:05 CDT)

We want every family to feel confident about their membership. This policy explains when refunds are possible and when they are not, so there are no surprises.

1. Memberships and Digital Access

  • All Treeway memberships, lessons, and classes are digital and available to use immediately after your payment is processed.

  • Because access is granted right away, we do not offer refunds once your membership starts.

2. Cancelling Your Membership

  • You can cancel your membership anytime from your Subscriptions page.

  • When your main membership is cancelled, your access to lessons, classes, and any unused credits or unlocks will end at the time of cancellation.

  • Please make sure you use any remaining credits before cancelling.

3. Refund Exceptions

We will issue a refund if:

  • You were charged after a confirmed cancellation.

  • A duplicate payment was processed in error.

In these cases, we’ll refund you in full.

4. No Refund Situations

We do not refund:

  • Unused credits or unlocks after cancellation or the end of your billing period.

  • Membership time that remains after you choose to cancel.

  • Charges for difficulty accessing or using the platform.

    • If you have trouble logging in, finding materials, or using your credits, our support team will work with you to get everything working so you can continue to enjoy your membership.

5. Add-Ons and Bundles

  • Add-on memberships and bundles follow the same no-refund policy as main memberships.

  • Please check your plan and billing date carefully before purchasing.

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the exceptions above:

  1. Contact us through our support ticket system.

  2. Include your cancellation confirmation and proof of the charge (from PayPal or your bank).

  3. We will review your account and respond within 1–5 business days.
